First day of Fall. While we recognize the external changes of our environment (shorter days, cooler weather) we must also honor the subtle changes that we are experiencing internally and allow our bodies to slow down and become grounded. As our bodies begin to lose heat consuming seasonal fruits and vegetables (root vegetables, hearty greens) and warmer, cooked foods will help our bodies stay balanced, warm and insulated. By living in unison with Mother Nature, we maintain a sense of balance in our lives and help prevent exhaustion and illness in the months ahead. #everythingchanges #health #wellness #ayurveda #fall
